RESOURCEFUL - We are the new comers to a field of very large, very computerized placement agencies, we are smaller but bring with us a very personal and dedicated attitude, we like building relationships with the places we refer clients to as well as the client's we provide services for. We do not blind refer you, every name you are given is a place we have seen and established a rapport with. We are very involved in the process and do not just go away when you find a place we check in on you for the first month to make sure things are going well. If at any time things are not to your satisfaction with the place you chose we are just a phone call away. We do not mind playing mediator between you and the administrator or start the placement process over to help you get in another place, you are covered.

We are also available to meet with the health care professional involved with your care in an effort to make sure we find the perfect place that can cater to your emotional, mental and physical needs.
What We Do
We alleviate the stress of having to find adequate transitional housing. Our Placement Specialist will navigate you through all the red tape. Explain all the information and procedures involved with finding a suitable living situation. Set up tours, and even get you to the places if transportation is a problem. In short we are the middle man that you won't want to cut out. Many of our seniors will be faced with coming to terms that living alone or managing their home may be to much for them, others will be forced to move because of physical or mental limitation, financial reasons and even homelessness or substance abuse. We are here to help and our service is totally FREE.
